Review program

The outside assessment, as a living program

For consultants and operators who review foodservice programs: discovery interviews and walkthroughs become validated findings, findings become a maturity baseline, and the baseline becomes goals with check-ins — instead of a PDF that ages in a drawer.

What it does

Interviews & walkthroughs

Scheduled interviews, solo walkthrough commentary, and group board or listening sessions — recorded on web or the staff app (offline-safe), transcribed, and processed into draft findings.

Human-validated findings

AI output is always a proposal: a person accepts, edits, or dismisses every draft finding. The accepted stream is the evidence base for everything downstream.

Maturity baseline

Ten foodservice program categories rated across five levels, from ad-hoc to optimizing. AI can suggest; humans own the ratings. Finalizing snapshots the baseline, with radar and site-by-category heat views.

Goals & check-ins

Category-linked goals with baseline and target levels, horizons, owners, and an append-only check-in trail — proposed from the latest assessment's gaps, chosen by you.

Public surveys & live sessions

Fact-finding surveys sent as public links — mobile-first, no login — with printable QR posters and a live board-session mode: fullscreen projection, QR on screen, anonymous tallies updating live.

Shareable reports

Sanitized, print-optimized inspection reports on public share links, safe to send to boards and stakeholders.

Watch it work
